International Strategy Team

The International Strategy Team is coordinated by Wiktor Zbrzezniak and is chaired in rotation by Yinka, Keith and Brian. It meets twice a year and comprises two representatives from each nation and some other co-opted members who run key projects.

The purpose of this team is to pray for, discuss and oversee strategies for each of the national works in Barnabas; and it also oversees the pioneering of new works. The team also manages fund-raising for the needs of churches, projects and individuals within the network. This fund-raising consists of contributions from all the nations represented in BFoC plus an annual publicising of specific needs identified by national teams.

The International Strategy Team has its own business plans and requires each National Team to have a strategic plan for the work to be undertaken in that nation. It has a primary responsibility to see that the Mission Statement and values of BFoC are upheld at all times.
